Ordering All orders must be placed via our website, which is usually available 24hrs per day, 7 days per week or by phoning us on 01780 762647. Payment Methods Cash: Pay for your purchase in cash at any one of 20,000 UK PayPoint outlets. Credit/Debit Card: All major cards are accepted except American Express. N.B There are no surcharges for payments made by card. Cheque: Made payable to Stamford Leisure Limited and posted to Stamford Leisure Ltd, 4, Broad St, Stamford, Lincs, PE9 2PB. Processing your Order We will only process your order once we know your payment has reached us. In the case of cash payments, this means after you've made your payment at a PayPoint outlet and we have then been notified of this - usually the next working day after your payment. In the case of a credit card payment, then we are notified as soon as you've placed your order. In the case of a cheque, then this is once the cheque has cleared our bank account. Delivery For Sunbed Tubes, Lotions & Tanning Accessories, we aim to deliver next business day if your order is placed before 3pm. For Sunbeds you should expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has been placed. Please email or phone us for more details. Delivery Charge is just £1.99 for any order less than £20 and FREE for orders over this amount. We deliver to all areas of the UK and most parts of the Rest Of the World. Please note, however, that we can only deliver sunbeds and tubes to mainland UK. Any shortages must be reported to us within 2 working days. Backorders Should an item be out of stock at the time of ordering it will be automatically placed on back order, unless otherwise stated. Back orders will be despatched once the item is in stock. Back orders will not incur a delivery fee Returns Unwanted Products. All of our products come with a full 7 day money back guarantee. This means that if, after you've received a product from us, you are not completely satisfied with it, for what ever reason, then return it to us in it's original packaging, as new and unused, and we will fully refund the cost of the item to you. We regret we can not refund the delivery cost or any transaction costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are suitably packaged and safely returned to us, preferably by recorded delivery in order that proof of delivery can be obtained if goods go missing or are damaged in transit. Damaged Products. Any products you receive damaged must be reported to us in writing within 2 business days. We will instruct you what to do with the product (usually we will ask you to return it to us, in which case this would be at our cost) and then either send you a replacement product or offer a full refund, including the delivery cost.
